I have lost 4lbs! So thats 10lbs in 2 weeks :)

Its all going well and Im not bored of the food yet , which is a miracle in its self lol. xxx

i started the diet chef plan on friday morning weighing 12.5lb i then weighed myself on tuesday morning as i couldnt wait and i was 12.0 AMAZING im so happy. the cereal is deliscious ha ha and the bars are very moist and filling, dont like the butter beans or the goat cheese soup but thats just my individual taste the chicken curry is m mnnnnn would be even better with more coconut taste. im so happy on this diet i cant tell im dieting no effort at all WOW THANK YOU DIET CHEF X

We have introduced a hearty warming soup today - Chorizo and Bean. Delicious as the weather gets a little colder it has lovely chunks of Chorizo to add a little light spice to this bean soup.

Hi, im Laura and i started the diet last Monday. I was very pleased with myself when i weighed in this morning 6lb lighter! I have over 5 stone to loose so im hoping next week will be a big number too! The food is lovely and has made sticking to the diet easier. I have 3 small children so it has been hard not eating the goodies they have in the fridge. I also joined the gym and am loving it. If anyone isn’t sure about starting this diet thay should just so for it. It took me about a month before i finally did and now i just wish i did it earlier. Will be back next monday to log my progress. Bye for now. Laura xxxxx

 Sorry the update is so late.  Well  I had a good week lost another 2 pounds so that’s good. I have been adding on rolls to my soups and stuff,as I want this to be a long term weight loss not a flash in the pan

Hi, got my 1st pack on tuesday and have been enjoying most of the food so far.  I only ordered a week to start, but think i will continue.  I keep reading about the virtual weigh-in on the main website and documents but can’t seem to find anything now i am registered on this site.  What is the virtual weigh-in????

Ok so today I weighed in after being on Diet Chef for just over a week…I have lost 6lbs :D.

I have since yesterday switched my main meal of the day to lunchtime…I felt better for it last night too, managed to sleep a whole load better and woke with more energy! Will see how this goes.

Just ordered a 5 week supply, Am quite happy with the diet and it really has helped my portion control.

Just wish for a bigger menu really, maybe some fish dishes or more white meat dishes would be good….please!! xxx

I am just coming to the end of my first week. So far havent noticed much of a difference …except wind!

The food is very tasty though and I love the granola! I have 4 stones to shift in total. I am combining this diet with gym exercise aswell!

My weigh in date is on Thursday , so I will let you all know how I get on :) xxx

But I’ve lost a dress size.  I think it’s down to my monthlies.  Got my 5 week pack this week.  The chicken curry is very good. Sorts out my need for spicier food. Favourite dishes are the Beef with Porter, Wild rabbit and chicken curry.  Yum yum.

For the first time in what must be 15 years I’ve found a diet/eating plan that I can stick to long term. I’m not going to do the whopping losses some other people have done in a short space of time, but I know for the first time that I will get to my goal weight, So I am a very happy bunny.
