Hi everyone. Hope fully i can now start my own diary, so far i have been able to make comments on everyones diaries, which i hope have been useful. I do find it useful to be able to write in this forum, any tips, weight loss etc, as everyones diaries so far have really spurred me on.
I started the diet last Thursday, so its my weigh-in day tomorrow. I can’t believe I’ve lost anything as i haven’t felt like i’ve been on a diet at all. All the meals have been so tasty, especially the granola since i discovered making it with warm milk and powdered sweetener, made it taste like flapjack. The granola was the only bit i wasn’t looking forward to, but since warming the milk in the microwave i love it.
Will report my hopeful weight loss tomorrow.

Hi everyone
I’m bit bit late adding this, but after my 1st week which was thursday morning, i have lost 4lb’s. Absolutely delighted. Hopefully will have a good loss next week. Going for a curry tomorrow with friends, and i’m planning on having chicken tikka (no sauce) and boiled rice. So hopefully this shouldn’t affect my weight loss too much.
