I’ve just started today and am determined to keep going this time! Although I have enjoyed breakfast and lunch..I’m still hungry! But hopefully in time this will decrease..fingers crossed.

Welcome to the diet chef plan. I’ve been on the plan for 7 weeks now and have found it very good. I lost over a stone in the first month. I fill my meals out at breakfast I have fruit after ther cereal then have a snack at around 11am. At lunch time I have the soup then more fruit. At tea time I add loads of veg to whatever meal I’m having and that fills it out. Then I have more fruit around 9pm. Try to drink lot’s of water.

My diet food should arrives tomorrow and I plan to start on it as soon as I get it! I am already looking forward to some weightloss based on the comments on the blog and would really like to stay in touch to see how succesful we will all be.

Have just completed day 2 and am feeling fine. I did nibble on some grapes and just a few strawberries when I was watching the box (danger snacking time) Am hoping that was ok. Drinking lots of water…. and visiting the little girls room lots too!

Just wanted to give you an update..1st weigh in this morning and lost 4lbs! Also, not as hungry as I was last week, so my appetite has certainly shrunk.
Still enjoying the food but not the Pea Soup! Anyone want to trade?

well after tryin many other diets im hoping this works. Hamper arrived yestday and ive started today usually i say ill wait till monday. Had liz’s granola with milk but goin to try with low fat natural yoghurt tomorrow as too dry. Beef and tom soup was well tasty i was so surprised. Will keep you informed of weigh in next weeek. fingers crossed.
Hello Everyone.
Well after exercising to death, and not loosing a pound, i decided to try and sort out my terrible diet.
Im currently over 13 stone, and want to loose at least a stone before my hol end of August.
And i thought to myself well i spend nearlly £200 ever month at work, just for two meals.. this is a fantastic cost saver as well as weight looser.
So today is the first day.. and im impressed with the food already.

Well good news after the 1st week i had lost 4lb which i was pleased with since i had a really bad cheat day on Saturday. Had a bad week so far and really need to get back on track. Can anyone tell me do they add rice to the chilli con carne and is this ok to do so???
