Hi my name is Lisa and I`m on my 2nd day on the diet chef meals. I`m loving the soups and the meals but unfortunately cannot eat the snacks. I`m not keen on the texture of them. I am a past shake dieter but didn`t stay on it too long as I was sick of having to take my shakes and soups into the toilets to eat them in case I was sick, lol. ( They were disgusting ) I`d be very happy for any helpful advice and info that other fellow members can give me in order to make this regime work, cheers!

I’ve never been on a shake plan as I think it could get boring. I like proper food.
I’ve been on the plan for 7 weeks now, I lost over a stone in the first month, so am very happy with the way things are going. I love all the meals. When I have my evening meal I fill it out with loads of veg and eat fruit in between my other meals. I never feel hungry. It’s a shame you don’t like the snacks when you’ve paid for them, why dont you contact dietchef and see if they can offer you an alternative.
I get cravings for chocolate now and again, when I do I have 1 square then get stuck into the house work

Hi Heather, Thats brilliant losing over a stone in the 1st mth, I hope I do as well as you! How much have u lost altogether? I contacted dietchef about the bars and I can replace them with something of the same amount of calories. Shame about having to pay for them but don`t worry they don`t go to waste, my dog loves em!! I`ll try and steer clear of chocolate as long as possible cos I know I won`t be able to stick to the one square. Not sure how much weight I want to lose, just gonna take it a stone at a time cos I don`t wanna set my self a long term goal and feel like its going to take forever to get there. Ideally I`d love to get down to a size 10 again ( I`m a 16 now! ) but for now I`m aiming for a 14 and then when I reach that I`ll carry on and who knows I might just get there.
