Hi weighed myself on Monday ( 1st weigh in ) and lost 9lb which is absolutely brilliant. I did do plenty of evercise though and stuck at the diet to the letter so I was expecting a good loss ( but not that good though. ) Really flagging this week though, haven`t stuck to it at all, really hungry don`t know why. ( Mb womens things ) but never mind gonna try and pull my socks up got 4 more days till next weigh in so hope to lose at least a pound in that time, fingers crossed

I got a good result my first week, dont let it get to you, as long as you dont stop the plan the weight will come off.
I fill my meals out with loads of veg and eat plenty fruit in between meals.
