Well I’m back from Germany, I was enjoying myself so much I decided to stay another 2 days.

Got on the scales this morning and they said ” god what you been doing”  :-)

My weight was 177.8lbs an increse of 6lds. I’m not that suprised as I did really enjoy myself. I’m straight back on the plan so let’s hope next week will be better.

I see they’ve added shakes to the plan, I’m going to order some with my next hamper. If anyone has tried them let me know what there like.

42-156005071.jpgWe have been constantly asked for alternatives to soups for lunch, especially as the Summer heatwave (as if!) starts. So we have now developed a range of 3 delicious shakes. They are ready to drink so no need to carry a shaker around and are great straight from the fridge.

We are initially adding these as lunch options to our custom boxes but let us know if you would like a standard pack with just shakes for lunch. Nutritionally they are 225 calories per shake.

We are also launching a Men’s programme as we are now getting more and more requests for this.

Hi All

Very down at the moment, stressed at work and think I may have Post Natal Depression.  I have been very emotional and ratty of late and being stressed at work doesn’t help either.  Going to see how things go in the next couple of weeks before going to see GP/Health Visitor.

Hopped on scales this morning and stayed the same weight, but I feel really bloated and fat.  Must be my horrormones.  Feel as though I’m not getting anywhere at the moment weight wise, but hubby says he can see a difference in my body shape so must be losing fat somewhere.  However, felt a boost when I saw the new shakes being brought out.  What could be more easy than opening a can of shake for your lunch?  Hope they fill you up like the soups do.  Great for work as most times I often have to eat whilst driving (not good I know) so these would be great.

 Anyway, won’t bore you with my tales.  Hope everyone else is doing ok.  See you next Monday.

Hi All

Sorry I haven’t been on for a while.  I had to go away at the last minute for work to a week long conference.  Wasn’t looking forward to it as it meant staying in a hotel and not being able to follow the eating plan.

Anyway, long story short, I now weigh in at 11st 11lb so only a loss of 1lb in the last 2 weeks which is not bad considering.  At least I didn’t put any on.  Didn’t manage to fulfill my promise of exercising on the Wii every night, partly due to the conference and also because my back has been constantly in spasm and it has been too painful to do anything remotely energetic on the Wii, even the balancing games.  Never mind, strong painkillers and anti-inflammatories are slowly working their magic and when I have come out of my zombified state I promise to get back on with the exercising.

Still enjoying the plan and the delicious meals.  Although I now have an extra weeks supply now and lots of soups as I have been having salads on hot days.  This will be good for the winter as they keep for so long.

Will weigh in next Mon and let you know how I am doing.

Hi everyone,

Hope your all well.

Well that’s week 5 over, can’t believe it’s been that long.

I weighed myself this morning and my weight is 171.8ld another 2ld off, that’s a total loss 15.8ld gone since I started the plan. I’m loving all the food and can’t belive I’m on a diet, or should I say a healthy eating plan.

I’m off the Germany on Thursday to visit my daughter so I won’t expact any weight loss next week, I intend to enjoy it :-)
