Hi All
Sorry I haven’t been on for a while. I had to go away at the last minute for work to a week long conference. Wasn’t looking forward to it as it meant staying in a hotel and not being able to follow the eating plan.
Anyway, long story short, I now weigh in at 11st 11lb so only a loss of 1lb in the last 2 weeks which is not bad considering. At least I didn’t put any on. Didn’t manage to fulfill my promise of exercising on the Wii every night, partly due to the conference and also because my back has been constantly in spasm and it has been too painful to do anything remotely energetic on the Wii, even the balancing games. Never mind, strong painkillers and anti-inflammatories are slowly working their magic and when I have come out of my zombified state I promise to get back on with the exercising.
Still enjoying the plan and the delicious meals. Although I now have an extra weeks supply now and lots of soups as I have been having salads on hot days. This will be good for the winter as they keep for so long.
Will weigh in next Mon and let you know how I am doing.
