Weighed in this morning, and lost 1lb. It doesnt seem much, but I did have malteasers last sunday and went to my god daughters 21st, which of course involved toasting her.. umm.. a few times :) so I am just pleased i lost that 1lb and did not gain more.

Morning all, hope your all doing well.

That’s week 13 over and I did better than I thought. My weight today is 171.2lds so that’s another 1ld off. My total weight loss to date is 16.4lds. I tought I’d lost 17lds but it’s 16.4lds.

I’ve had a funny week this week, I’ve been so busy with work I felt very hungry but I tried to stick to the plan as much as poss. I did have a Indians at the weekend but I still had a weight loss, so I’m well pleased :-)

Hi all,

Oh my god I feel so guilty today. My hubby decided to have an Indians last night and I couldn’t resist, mind you it was lush. I don’t think I’ll loose weight much this week, I had some treats last week and an Indians this week.   :-(     :-(     :-(

I have just had my first week and really enjoyed the food. It did not taste at all like you think diet food should, it tasted great. I lost 7lb this week, I am really pleased as I have been dieting since before christmas and did not expect a big weight loss. Keep up the good work everyone.

Hi All,

I have been doing diet chef for 3 weeks now, but only just managed to get registered on the forum

Over the last 3 weeks I have been reading the forum, and it has really kept me on track. Reading Heathers weekly weigh in has kept me focussed, and i would like to thank her for that.

Like I said I have been doing diet chef for 3 weeks now, and am finding it amazing. No hunger, real food and easy to prepare. I work funny hours and the packets are so easy to grab on my way out to work, and it is great coming home, not having to weigh out food and spend ages cooking it.

My weigh ins in brief:

Week 1 - lost 9lb - was absolutely blown away. I was expecting a loss, as with all diets the first week it tends to start with a bigger loss, but this was so much more than i was expecting.

Week 2 lost 4 lbs - Again, blown away. I thought with such a big loss on week 1 i would loose very little if any on week 2.

Week 3 - this week, lost 4lbs. I am just so amazed, over a stone in 3 weeks.  Wow what a great start and a great motivation to keep me going. (Can you see why now i was desperate to get on this blog lol)

I just had to share this, because I am just so amazed and proud of myself for sticking to this, and hope it inspires others, just like Heathers blogs have been inspiring me.

Weighed in this morning and lost 1ld, I was supprised as I’ve had a few treats this week. Maybe it’ll on my hip’s next week :-(

Firstly a big thank you for Heather for advising me of how to start a new blog, and secondly for Andrew for setting me up, thank you so much.

 Tremendously enjoying my diet so far, I love the food and the idea altogether, for the first time in my life I feel so good about dieting, I’m so eager to lose each and every extra pound I’m carrying.  The good thing is that my husband and children are now eating the Lizi’s granola with me, managed to find it in waitrose, and I can see a difference already.  I’m off to Alton towers tomorrow for few days, so I’ll keep the low calorie intake because I’m determined to give mercy to the scales this week!!

 Started on Friday 18th July, and will order the monthly hamper when I get back, can’t wait for the new meals in August.

For those who are reluctant, please give it a go, you’ll be very surprised .. for the first time you can actually lose weight while enjoying good food!

For the rest of fellow dieters, a very good luck to all of us!

I wonder if we can post a before and after photos here??!

We’ve just updated the Diet Chef Guide. We’ve not really changed anything in the diet but the new guide goes into a bit more detail and has more hints and tips.

You can download the new guide and we will be sending it out with hampers from next week.
