Morning all,
Well as I expected a bad week, got on the scales and I’ve put 1 pound on. Mind you I thought it might of been more with having the Indians last week, never mind I’ll make sure I get that off this week plus some more. I can’t let it get to me.
My daughter’s coming home on Saturday and she’s the take away queen but I’m not going to let her tempt me, it’ll be 3 weeks of temptation.
It’ll be great to have her home, I miss her so much.

My months worth of diet chef has arrived, had a good look at it all looks lovely.
Got 3 bags of the grenola breakfast, what i wanted to know was that enough or is there meant to be more or now much as in amount are you meant to have in a bowl for breakfast????

I love all the food so it’s been quit easy for me up to now. I’ve had a couple of hard weeks but got straight back on the plan. I’ve lost 17lds now and feel much better.
You are allowed 50grms of grenola with 150mls of milk.

Thanks for that, I’m sure I’ll have loads of fun with my daughter, got allsorts planned. She’s off to Afganistan next month so I’m not looking forward to that, I’ll have to keep myself busy or I’ll eat with worry.
