I am just coming to the end of my first week. So far havent noticed much of a difference …except wind!
The food is very tasty though and I love the granola! I have 4 stones to shift in total. I am combining this diet with gym exercise aswell!
My weigh in date is on Thursday , so I will let you all know how I get on

The best of luck to you, i ordered the months supply yesterday and it has just arrived to to the north of scotland, excellent service so far. i will start tommorrow. I have around 3 stone to shift. the best of british to you.

Hi all and thanks for the comments! Ok so today so far I have done 1 hour of Body Pump at the gym..even my fingers hurt lol!
I am just trying to decide if I should have my dinner at luch time? I think I am going to have the fellside stew with some broccoli and carrot. If I have it nowish then I will be able to burn of the carbs, If I have it later then I will just go to bed on them. Think I might have to change my whole daily eating plan!!
Day 1 for me - had the granola for breakfast - loved it and have just had the wild mushroom soup - very nice.
I have 3 stone to shift and am hoping to loose 1 before Christmas - which doesn’t seem to be unrealistic looking at other people’s weight loss
