Ok so today I weighed in after being on Diet Chef for just over a week…I have lost 6lbs :D.
I have since yesterday switched my main meal of the day to lunchtime…I felt better for it last night too, managed to sleep a whole load better and woke with more energy! Will see how this goes.
Just ordered a 5 week supply, Am quite happy with the diet and it really has helped my portion control.
Just wish for a bigger menu really, maybe some fish dishes or more white meat dishes would be good….please!! xxx
Well done. That’s a fantastic loss. Good idea changing your main meal to the middle of the day. I might try that because I do struggle in the evenings.
