Hi, I have just order the diet and looking forward to my food arriving. I am expecting my food to be delivered within the next two to three days. I have done many a fad diet with some terrific results; however the weight soon creeps on again although I’ve never put all the weight back on. So I hope this diet works and it will be my last and final diet. I would appreciate any help or tips by other dieters, and if anyone wants to become diet buddies I would look forward to sharing story, tip success, fears and anxieties with you.

"My husband was as delighted as me when I lost 2 stone with Diet Chef. I'm feeling so much better about myself and have much more energy."— Angela Summers, 41, Doncaster
Hi, im Laura and i started the diet last Monday. I was very pleased with myself when i weighed in this morning 6lb lighter! I have over 5 stone to loose so im hoping next week will be a big number too! The food is lovely and has made sticking to the diet easier. I have 3 small children so it has been hard not eating the goodies they have in the fridge. I also joined the gym and am loving it. If anyone isn’t sure about starting this diet thay should just so for it. It took me about a month before i finally did and now i just wish i did it earlier. Will be back next monday to log my progress. Bye for now. Laura xxxxx
Ok so today I weighed in after being on Diet Chef for just over a week…I have lost 6lbs :D.
I have since yesterday switched my main meal of the day to lunchtime…I felt better for it last night too, managed to sleep a whole load better and woke with more energy! Will see how this goes.
Just ordered a 5 week supply, Am quite happy with the diet and it really has helped my portion control.
Just wish for a bigger menu really, maybe some fish dishes or more white meat dishes would be good….please!! xxx
I am just coming to the end of my first week. So far havent noticed much of a difference …except wind!
The food is very tasty though and I love the granola! I have 4 stones to shift in total. I am combining this diet with gym exercise aswell!
My weigh in date is on Thursday , so I will let you all know how I get on

I had a lot of flatulence in the first week aswell. It will pass …lol
But I’ve lost a dress size. I think it’s down to my monthlies. Got my 5 week pack this week. The chicken curry is very good. Sorts out my need for spicier food. Favourite dishes are the Beef with Porter, Wild rabbit and chicken curry. Yum yum.
For the first time in what must be 15 years I’ve found a diet/eating plan that I can stick to long term. I’m not going to do the whopping losses some other people have done in a short space of time, but I know for the first time that I will get to my goal weight, So I am a very happy bunny.
Hi a much better week for me. I lost 5lbs so I’m back on track. That’s 10lbs in total. diet Chef will probably be horriefied about how I am approaching this diet because I am not doing it as they say:( But for now it’s working ok. As the weight comes off I will probably have to get stick to their plan. But for now I’ll stick to my method of Monday to Friday stick to the plan with extra calories coming from brown rice, wholewheat pasta and a diet yogurt in the evening. And I totally take the weekend off.
I’ll probably be in tears next week and be reviewing my method yet again!
Well I lost 2lb which is good considering the week I have had. Failed my driving test after some twat tried to ram me so I have spent my weekend eating chocolate.
I’ve lost another 4lbs. I’m very pleased with that. 8lb in two weeks is some record for me. The most I’ve ever lost is about 18/20 years ago when I thought I was overweight (oh if I knew then what I know know. I was a size 12/14 and thought I needed to lose weight. I went on Rosemeary Conley Inch Loss diet. Remember that? I lost about 1/2 a stone but went down to a 10/12.
Since then I havebeen putting on weight ever since and now I am a glorious size 22.
So 8lbs is a helluva breakthrough for me and I know I can continue the diet up until my holiday in December.
Weigh in at the end of week 2 - another 3.5lbs, so an astonishing total of 9 lbs! I am very pleased and able to stick to the diet 100%. I’ve never felt hungry and enjoy all the breakfasts and soups, although my enthusiasm for some of the packs has wained a little. I’d like to do another month after this, but not sure if I can face the same 7 main meals for an additional 4 weeks (after 5). Its a pity there aren’t any chicken dishes and perhaps some things cooked with more exotic spices and herbs to make them more interesting and less …. English!
Going to step up the exercise from tomorrow to try and keep the momentum going - its great as my teenage daughter hasn’t even noticed I’m on a diet yet! My husband was also sceptical but is pleased as it is working. Has anyone had trouble sleeping?
Keep up the good work. Overall I’m just relieved to find something that works and is not taking forever to shift a pound.
