We today have launched a range of GI oat based biscuits that taste fantastic and I am sure will be a great alternative to the other snacks that we currently offer.

Over the last 3-6 months we have worked incredibly hard to get new products that meet the nutritional guidelines of the Diet Chef diet.

In addition, we are launching a new variety of granola - Pink Apple and Cinnamon from today.

Hopefully this will ensure that as we go into 2009 the Diet Chef diet is even easier to stick to as greater variety gives everyone more choice.

Happy Xmas and a slimmer New Year to all our lovely customers.

I’ve done my diet for 10 days and i lost 8 pounds.  I haven’t stuck to it throughout as i’ve been sick and also ate out a few times, haven’t been a very good girl :(

I have started the diet again today and i am hoping to stick to it as much as possible.  Will keep you posted on my success… All the best ladies n gents!

Well done Danny T, what an amazing achievement.  I have been on the diet for 4 weeks, have lost 1.5lbs this week, and am coming up to my first half stone, but have only 2 stone to lose in all, so my loss is much slower than yours.  I expect I shall be finishing about the same time as you do!  I too have tried every diet under the sun without success.  The beauty of this one is that provided you stick to it, it has to work, and the food is delicious and as you say no problem sticking to it.

I too had great trouble finding my way onto the Blog - there is no helpful guide - something the company need to address.

Keep going, think of all the lovely clothes you will need to buy!

Well I finally found this blog/forum - it’s not easy to find - or have I missed some info somewhere?

Anyway I’ve been on the diet for 14 weeks now and I am happy to say that I have lost 6 stone!!!  That’s right 6 stone!  I have never lost so much weight so fast and so easily.  I was a very, very big lad to start with and now am just a big lad!  I’ve still got a couple of stone to go yest but at this rate I should have it all sorted by mid March!  This has got to be the easiest diet I have ever been on and like most fat people I have tried hundreds of them from fibre to carbs from non-carbs to cabbage soups I’ve tried them all - this is the first I’ve manage to stick to and is by far and away the fastest weight loss I have ever had! I am so happy.

well i only lost 1lb this week but still, that’s a stone in three weeks so i cant complain. plus i haven’t really stuck to the diet this week. went out with some friends at the weekend and had way too much to drink, and ate food i really shouldn’t have been eating, but back on track this week and going to the gym tonight. so hopefully i will have a good loss next week will write back then. hope everyone else had a good week. bye bye laura xxxxx

It is true, there is no god!  I have put ON half a pound this week, so it has now taken me 3 weeks to lose 3lbs.  I can see this is going to be a long haul, no quick fix for me.  I am following the plan to the letter.  I suppose the only good consideration is that come the hollocaust when everybody else is dying of hunger, I will still be living on my fat!

After trying to lose weight unsuccessfully for years, I am just starting my third week on Diet Chef and have lost 2.5lbs first week and 1lb the second.  Not huge like the rest of you seem to be doing.  I certainly can’t see me losing a stone in 4/5 weeks as they seem to think I will, but hey at least it is coming off.

I like the food very much and am adding fruit and vegs, but otherwise sticking to the plan.  I am hungry a lot of the time, but again as a diet is supposed to be eating less than you need, so that your body burns its own fat,  I probably should be hungry.  I can never understand it when people on diets always say they are not hungry - or am I missing something?

I shall keep at it for the 5 weeks, probably have a bit of a break over Christmas (eating small portions of course) and then do another 5 weeks to see how it goes.

Hiya!

I’ve just started Diet Chef today (food should arrive tomorrow!). I’m looking for a diet buddy to help keep me accountable with the diet, have chats with, updates, etc. to help us both stay on track! I live near Birmingham, and if you’re in the area, we can meet up in person. If not, then someone for online accountability, weight updates, etc. I’m currently 11 and a half stone. Just walking 20 minutes every day, I managed to get down from 13 and a half stone to 12. Then I lost 7 lbs with Cambridge diet, but the lack of real food really got me down. So now trying Diet Chef and hoping it will work a treat! If you’re interested, get in touch!
