About Diet Chef

Hi!

The Diet Chef story began when I was speaking to a friend about dieting. I asked her what would be her ideal way to diet. She said that she wanted to be like a Hollywood celebrity with her own diet chef who would do all the shopping and cooking so she could just sit back and lose weight. I thought it was a brilliant idea and decided to see if I could create a diet chef that would be affordable for everyone.

I am originally a chef by training and I am passionate about food so it was very important to me that the Diet Chef meals would be prepared by real chefs in a kitchen, not just mass produced on a production line. I also wanted to make sure that meals would be healthy with absolutely no nasty artificial ingredients. All of our food is made in Britain and all of the meat and poultry is British.

A lot has happened since we had the idea and Diet Chef is now the largest diet home delivery company with over 25,000 customers from all over the UK and Northern Ireland. I love hearing the stories from our customers who have lost weight with Diet Chef so please keep them coming in. It’s great to hear about about your successes with Diet Chef.
