Delivery

All orders are shipped by UPS on a next day service.
Orders received by 12.30 pm are shipped for delivery within two working days.
Orders received after 12.30 pm will be shipped a day later.

You will be sent an email when your hamper is shipped with details of UPS online tracking system so you can track your hamper through the delivery process. Alternatively you can log into your Diet Chef account and access the status of your order from here.

How much will delivery cost?

We use a secure courier service (UPS) to make sure your Diet Chef hamper reaches you safe and sound.

Pay monthly delivery = Free

Pay as you go, standard delivery = £4.95

Pay as you go, named day delivery = £9.95

Where do you deliver to within the UK and Ireland?

England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland
Republic of Ireland
Isle of Man
Channel Islands

Please allow an extra day for deliveries to the Islands or remote parts of Scotland

How long will delivery take?

We aim to get your Diet Chef hamper to you as quickly as possible! If you need your hamper in a hurry, standard delivery orders placed before 12.30pm will be delivered in the UK within 2 working days. We’ll email you updates to let you know how the delivery is going along and you can keep check of the status of your order in your Diet Chef account.

With our named day delivery service you can select a specific day you would like to receive your Diet Chef hamper; This excludes public holidays. Saturday delivery may be available depending on your postcode area.

Some email accounts will ‘Junk’ any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add orders@dietchef.co.uk to your address book so that we can get in touch with you. If you don’t receive your order within the maximum delivery time and if you’ve not received any tracking emails, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to track the order for you.

Who will deliver my parcel?

We use UPS for all our deliveries.

Our courier offers a swift and secure ‘signed-for’ delivery service, and we’ll send you delivery updates by email throughout your order.
Usually UPS require a signature for all deliveries however if you have entered alternative delivery instructions (that may assist the driver with delivery for example “leave with a neighbour” or “leave in shed”) then this is entirely at your own risk and you will be responsible if the hamper goes missing.

UPS will attempt to deliver twice. If you miss both deliveries then you must either pay a charge for a third delivery or go to your local UPS depot to collect. If you fail to collect after three days the goods will be returned to us. We will issue a refund less the costs of the courier costs.

Do you deliver to PO and BFPO addresses?

Currently we do not offer this service.

Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland?

Customers in the Republic of Ireland can purchase their Diet Chef hampers from www.dietchef.co.uk. All orders are delivered by UPS.

Do you deliver to countries outside of the UK?

Yes we do! We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Please order from Diet Chef Germany at www.dietchef.de

Can I choose an exact date or time for delivery?

Our standard Delivery Service will get your order to you within 1-3 working days.

Our named day service will allow you to select which day you would like to receive your Diet Chef hamper; this excludes public holidays.
Saturdays are possible depending on what postcode area you live in.

Why is there a delivery charge when I have placed my order?

Delivery is only free with our Pay Monthly subscription.
Pay As You Go hampers do incur the delivery charges.
Why not upgrade your hamper to a subscription to receive free delivery and 1 weeks worth of food for free.

What packaging will my Diet Chef hamper arrive in?

All our Diet Chef hampers are delivered in plain packaging and depending on the size of your hamper will be broken down in to either 2 or 3 boxes.
