The Food

All the Diet Chef meals are made using wholesome ingredients. You can choose your own favourite meals including vegetarian options.

The meals are developed by our Executive Chef then prepared, sealed in a pouch and cooked in a pressure cooker. The pouches can then be stored in a cupboard. All you need to do is heat them up in a microwave or on a hob and then enjoy a warm, filling meal. Your hamper will include breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack for each day. The 1500 calorie hamper has either an additional milkshake, soft cookie or choice of muesli bars to choose from each day.
