"I was told by my doctor I need to loose 3 stone. I have done various diets but get borded easily and find it difficult to do portion control. Rather than cooking enough for 2 meals and putting in the freezer I kept eating both portions! Well with this it is all packaged and the hard work done. Each evening I go "shopping in the boxes" its fun picking out a brekkie, snack, lunch and dinner ready for the next day. I cannot believe how great the food tastes. I pop the pouch and my 2 veggies in the steamer go for a walk and 30mins later DINNER is ready. Its so easy!!!!! Thank you Dietchef I have lost 21 lb in 6 and a half weeks. I cannot believe how easy this has been!"

"I had app 6 stones to loose and it was a daunting prospect. Not any more due to being introduced to Diet Chef. I began the plan on the 25th of Nov and have already lost 2 stones. I am feeling and looking great already. People are now commenting and asking how I am doing so well. On my last holidaty in November I could not face being seen in my costume or even have my photo taken. My next holiday is in May and my aim is to be seen around the pool in my costume not feeling embaressed. This is now something I know I can face and will even have the photo's as proof. "

"My wife convinced me to try diet chef and of course I was sceptical but in 3 weeks I have lost 15lbs! There is no denying that it was hard in the first 10 days but when you start to see the rewards it's well worth it plus it doesn't take that long to get used to smaller servings. Q The food is lovely which makes it easier and there is little preparation. I recommend Diet Chef whole heartedly, if you follow the instructions and don't cheat the weight starts flying off. "

"I am 50 years old and have been overweight for a number of years now. A colleague of mine, Lindsey, has been following the Diet Chef plan since the middle of 2009 and the results have been phenominal. She has been an inspiration and is continuing to follow the plan with exceptional results. In addition to Lindsey another 3 work colleagues are succesfully following the Diet Chef plan with equally impressive results. I hope that I can be as succesful as Lindsey and my other colleagues and that I will also succesfully manage to lose weight. I am currently 11st 5lbs and my target weight is 8st and I hope to achieve my target weight by the summer of 2010. "

"Got wedding approaching in October 2010, I have a lot to loose and over Christmas it suddenly dawned on me why I have failed at every diet I have ever done. I am too busy! Working full time and managing a home planning and weighing food was just too much like hard work! So then I saw diet chef advertised and realised this may be the answer to my problems. No planning, no cooking, just a couple of minutes in the microwave and you have tasty meals and soups to die for! I started my diet 1st Jan and today 29 days later I have lost one stone three pounds, maybe more as I weigh myself saturdays (tomorrow). For the first time I am excited and planning about life with my new figure. Doing things I never could carrying this excess weight! Thanks Diet Chef, Thanks! "
Janet Whalley, 45, Liverpool. 29 Jan 2010 1:32pm
"I am 33 years old and have been overweight all my life, in fact the smallest I have ever been was in my teens where I was a size 18. I have wanted to lose weight for myself for a while now but with my sisters wedding fast approaching it was the incentive I needed to give me a good nudge in the right direction. After 26 weeks of following the Diet Chef diet I have lost 71 lbs (5 stone 1 lb), this took me up to Christmas week and since then I have managed to maintain this with some festive over indulgence. I am now a size 16, I am going in shops I have never managed to buy clothes from before and my confidence in the way I look is growing and growing. Friends and colleagues have been so impressed that two of them have also signed up for the diet with others seriously considering it! My next aim is to get back on track following the festivities and get another 3 stone off so I have a healthy BMI, and hopefully be confident enough to fullfill my New Years resolution as well as look stunning for my sisters wedding in August so watch this space!!!!"

"Overweight, fed up, no goals, lazy. Then I found Diet Chef, along with my partner we decided to give it a go. I lost 16 pounds on the 28 day plan, my partner lost 14 pounds. What a brilliant way to kick yourself ointo shape, and top quality food. I feel healthier already and plan to continue to lose more weight. It doesn't feel as if you are on a diet. Simply the best."

"A friend of mine told me about Diet Chef as a good way to learn about portion control and to finally tackle my weight. I cannot recommend this diet enough. I was on it for two months and lost two stones! I even managed to get my sister to go on it. I feel fantastic and still manage to enjoy food but I have learned that my favourite foods are fine just as long as I have it all in moderation. "
Tamara , 25, Battersea. 3 Dec 2009 3:03pm
"This has to be the easiest and tastiest diet I have ever been on. After a month I have lost 10lbs so far and have another month to go hopefully to do this again. Brilliant !! Janet "
Janet Barker, 57, Chelmsford. 27 Nov 2009 6:22pm
"Since remarrying 23 years ago I piled on 4 stone and have been unable to lose any of it permanently. I tried all the usual diet clubs, lost a few pounds but always put it back on as I hate weighing and measuring. With Diet Chef you get calorie-counted portion control, and I've lost a stone and a half in three months, which is a healthy way to do it as I don't even feel I've been on a diet. My doctor was always nagging me to lose weight because of my bloodpressure, and now he's halved the dose of my medication and hopes to lower it even more. I have more energy, my clothes fit me again, and I'm going to continue until all 4 stone have gone. Thank you Diet Chef - I wish you'd been around many years ago!!!"

"I gave birth to our first baby in July and we are getting married in April 2010, I have never been able to stick to a diet because I get lazy, I have only been on the diet 4 days, but I am loving it, and I never thought I would say that about a diet! I used to be a terrible snacker, but its gone, the food really is delicious, especially the curries and the snacks. I hope to loose 3 stone by January, if I carry on enjoying it like I have done so far, I should meet my goal. Fantastic diet. "
Alison Woods, 30, Tiptree. 31 Oct 2009 9:09pm
"Both Husband and Self have lost more than 30 lbs each, by following Diet Chef. We have added fruit and vegetables and have found the whole experience enjoyable. We find that during the week, it is an ideal way of eating, allowing that at weekends we eat fresh fish and perhaps the treat of a roast! "

"What lovely food! I lost one and a half stones in two months and I didn't feel hungry. The weight is still coming off slowly, but this is a diet that worked for me - in fact, my sister drops in now and then for a 'lamb hot pot'!!"
PAULA CROOK, 65, TRURO. 19 Oct 2009 11:21am
"Its been 24 hours since I started My Diet Chef diet. I've got to say, I was very sceptical as I have tried diets before with no luck. I have had 3 meals and a snack so far and I am truley amazed. I am not hungry between meals one bit and the food is absolutely delicious, even my Son tried it and agreed (I'm gob smacked). I can see now that when I fill my plate with all this rubbish food, that it is out of greed and not need, and that by removing all the bad artificial stuff from food, it actually has taste. Thank you Diet Chef, I am looking forward to finishing my first month and getting on the scales at the end of it."

"I saw the Diet Chef advert on TV and thought mmm that sounds good, lets give it a a go! well im on my second week and the food is amazing! I lost 4lbs in my first week and didnt even feel hungry... I never thought I could enjoy such low calorie food and feel full. It has taught me about portion control and not to eat unless im hungry!"
Gemma Irwin, 26, Winchester. 7 Oct 2009 1:01pm
"it is so easy to follow because everything is delivered to your door. u only need to add fruit and vegatables. i have nearly dropped two dress sizes with another month hamper to go. i combined mine wiv light exercise. highly recommend"

"I have only just started Diet Chef. I ordered a week first to try and then a 5 week hamper. It is absolutely brilliant. The food is delicious and effortless. It does not feel like I am on a diet whatsoever. I have never tried a diet like this and I think I have done them all. It is early days to know how fast the weight loss will be but I don't actually care if I just lose 1lb a week as I'm loving this so much. If you are contemplating this, I'd urge you to go for it, I am convinced that you will not regret it!"

"I had been wanting to lose some weight for a long time for health reasons. My husband spotted the television ad for dietchef.com and I went online, read about it and signed up there and then. The fact that I am eating ordinary food, but just ready calorie-counted and ready to pop into a microwave has made all the difference and makes it so easy. The food is tasty, nutritious and varied and I have lost one stone in a month. Just in time for my son's wedding. I hope to lose up to another stone with my second month's supply and will then call it a day. I will use the Dietchef portion sizes to help me continue with maintenance once I go back to eating with the family. Many thanks to Dietchef.com."

"My weight had crept up since I had my son, six years ago. Earlier this year it had gone up to nearly twelve and a half stone. I was starting to grow out of a size 16 I and felt bloated and tired. Being a full time Police Officer and wife and mother, juggling shift work and family life became exhausting. My health was suffering and I was getting depressed with my weight gain. I saw Diet Chef being advertised on the TV and thought it sounded just right for me. I ordered five weeks worth of meals the next day. That was mid-May. By August I had lost 39lb and wearing size 10 trousers!! I was amazed that it was so easy to lose the weight. The meals taste great, which made it easier. I have since learnt to count calories successfully and am much more aware of what I eat. My energy level has increased and I now enjoy exercise which helps keep the weight off."
Christine Griffiths, 48, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire. 25 Sep 2009 10:26pm

"I read about Diet Chef in the Daily Telegraph and as my husband was going to be away from home for the next 6 months(he is in the RAF), I felt it was a great time to do something for myself and lose the weight that had slowly crept up over the past 10 yrs. I started one year ago this month(August)with the Diet Chef plan and have never looked back. My initial weight was 10 stone 6lbs; I am now 8 stone 2lbs, was wearing a size 16; now wearing size 6. I lost the first 2 stones by xmas, only eating Diet Chef. Since Xmas, I have just been careful with my portion sizes and limit my carbs and lost another 1/2 stone. Still able to maintain by increasing my activity, which is so much easier without all the extra weight. Have had the fun task of buying a totally new wardrobe(all my "too big" clothes have been recycled to the charity shop). I feel like a new person, everyone thinks that I look amazing, most of all my husband! I have spread the word about Diet Chef! Thanks!"
Alana Cowan, 56, Largs, Aryshire. 13 Aug 2009 4:41pm
"As with a lot of diets I admit to being a bit sceptical about the likely success and really decided to embark on Diet Chef so that I could get my portion size in control not have to worry about calorie counting, weighing food etc. I was very impressed with the choice of meals and must say that since I have started there really hasn't been one meal I haven't enjoyed - the food is truly delicious, with hot favourites being the chicken fricasse, Thai chicken curry and mushroom stroganoff. I am getting married next year and definitely did not want to be fat for the big day. As we all know metabolic rates tend to slow down as we get older so I wasn't expecting big weight losses, even though I have quite a lot of weight to lose, but have been pleasantly surprised as I have been doing Diet Chef for 7 weeks now and have already lost 2.5 stones (yes, 35 pounds), and inches from literally everywhere. I exercise in a pool 4 times a week, but am a bit restricted with what I can do having had extensive knee surgery over the last 7 years so I can strongly recommend Diet Chef to anyone who wants to lose weight without feeling hungry, and enjoying a wide variety of really tasty meals. Thank you very much Diet Chef."
Tina Booth, 44, Leicester. 27 Jul 2009 7:41pm
"I have been dieting for 2 years with other diets and lost nearly 5 stone which is good. But i needed a boost as it has started to slow down and i still have 3 stone to loose. I found diet chef on the tv and the internet and decided to give it a go as all my meals are sorted. I ordered a week to give it a go and to see if i liked the food which they are lush and tasty. I have now done the first week and i am so pleased that i have lost 9lb and 6 cm from my hips and 5 cm from my thigh and 2cm from my waist. It really does work and i have never once felt hungry and feel really good. Have now ordered another 5 weeks food. Thankyou diet chef you really have given me a boost."

"I cannot tell you how pleased I am that I went with my instincts and started this wonderful diet.At 64years old I have tried everything under the sun in my quest to lose weight and only ever gained!! I started this diet on 10th July 2009 and as of today,26th July 2009, have lost 10.5lbs!! I am not hungry, nor have I been. With just a little veg with all my meals and maybe snacks and fruit, I feel so much better. I would recommend this way of dieting to anyone wishing to lose weight, especially someone who is " obese " I now am 14st 3.5lbs and am still losing. Diet Chef will always get my vote and I wish to say thanks from the bottom of my heart. Kind thoughts, Marion"
