How do the meals help me lose weight?
Your menu are designed so that you get the right amount of calories to achieve your weight loss goals. Each plan is based on 1,200 calories a day for women or 1,500 calories a day with an extra snack for men - the correct calorie level for healthy and sustainable weight loss.
Can I change the meals in my menu?
Of course! When you review your menu on the next page you can swap out our pre-selected meals and customise your menu to suit your tastes. You will also be able to adjust upcoming deliveries if you want to vary your menu each month.
What if I have special dietary requirements?
No problem, when you review your menu on the next page you can easily show only vegetarian meals or meals without wheat, nuts or alcohol. You can click on any meal in the menu to get full ingredient and nutritional information including allergens.
